ENROLMENTS

We have enrolment forms in the office. Please provide us with either a valid passport or a birth certificate, we will make a copy of it and return the original to you.  We ask that you fully complete and sign the School Enrolment form, school trip consent form, Te Whatu Ora Dental form and Online Digital Use Agreement form.
